4 w's of small groups

Below is a video I made this past weekend featuring a handful of people from the Crossings community answering the questions: "what?", "where?", "when?", and "why?" in reference to small groups.

Is the video any good? Maybe. I don't know. But I stayed up late editing it after going to the UT game on Saturday night. And if I am going to miss out on sleep for it, I'm sure as heck going to post it. So here it is....

(side note: you can now go to Crossings' website and from the Experience section watch the videos we have created.)

I like the black and white documentary style. You got the Blair Witch thing going on.... but for church; or small groups rather.

I dig it. (I rarely get to see what's actually IN a service, so I am glad you post these separately.)

Incidentally, what was the inspiration behind the musical choice? It definitely works, but I'm looking for a clue into the mind of Wolf.

jeph...small group? like a group of small people? i don't know.

kevin, 'yellow submarine'...yeah, i don't know. at first, i was thinking about 'eleanor rigby'...just because i love that song. but when listening to it again i felt like it'd be too depressing ("look at all the lonely people"). plus, musically it didn't match the tone i was going for on the video. 'yellow submarine' is on the same album. i thought..."hmm, it has a kind of strange community theme to it and it certainly has an interesting feel." so i tried it and it worked. thats pretty much it.

jake, yes that was scott wilson. the one and only.
